What's the difference between Daily 20B and Plus 40B?

Plus has twice the CFU and adds prebiotic fiber, which feeds the good bacteria.* Daily is the simple starting point; Plus is for people who want more.

How do I take it?

One capsule a day with water, ideally with breakfast. Consistency matters more than timing.

How soon will I notice anything?

Everyone is different. We suggest taking it every day for at least 4–8 weeks. That's why our promise lasts 60 days.

Is it safe with my medications?

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Free in the US. Orders ship in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 business days. We don't ship outside the US yet.

The Sunny Kitchen, a PDF of simple, gut-friendly recipes. It's free with any 3- or 6-bottle order and emailed right after checkout.

Are the people on your Instagram real?

Can I use a discount code with a bundle?
