Refund policy

First orders: covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Promise (see the Guarantee page). No return needed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: email a photo within 30 days of delivery; we'll replace or refund.

Subscriptions: cancel anytime before the next billing date in your account or by email (at least 2 days before). [Refund rule for renewals: see Guarantee.]

How to request: email hello@sunnygut.com with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

For safety reasons, we can't resell returned supplements, so we don't ask you to ship them back.
