What we collect: name, email, phone (if you opt in to texts), shipping/billing address, order history, quiz answers, and device/browsing data from cookies and pixels. Payment card details are handled by Shopify Payments; we never see full card numbers.

How we use it: to process and ship orders (shared with our fulfillment partner Supliful and carriers), run subscriptions, send emails/texts you agreed to (Klaviyo), collect reviews (Judge.me), offer post-purchase deals (ReConvert), prevent fraud, and improve the site and ads (analytics and Meta pixels [list the actual ones]).

Your choices: unsubscribe from any email; reply STOP to texts; manage cookies via the banner; request access, correction or deletion at hello@sunnygut.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights [lawyer: add CCPA/CPRA and state language, "Do Not Sell or Share" link if applicable].
